  • I pre-purchased the photopass+ deal for $149. In WDW, I surrendered my voucher for the card. Now, I think I needed to get that back from the employee. I don't know how to get my photos. I don't have a promo code but have purchase receipt. Is there hope?

    When you received the Disney PhotoPass+ Voucher you must have also received the Voucher for Disney´s Photo CD.  This second voucher is included as a 16 digit PROMOTION CODE on Disney´s Photo Gallery CD Sales Agreement and Limited License.

    Use this promotion code when ordering the Photo CD with all your vacation digital photos.
    I received this code inside the cover of Disney´s Photo Gallery CD included in my purchase.

    If by any reason you do not have the promotion code available you can e-mail Disney´s PhotoPass Guest Support team at or call them at (407) 560-4300 to get some help.
