Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • We are staying at the CBR in a pirate room. One child is tube fed. I know there is a fridge, but is there a built in freezer. We need it for cold packs to keep his formula cool while we are at the parks. Any suggestions, if they do not? Thanks

  • Hi Melanie!

I am so jealous!  I cannot wait to stay in the new pirate themed rooms at the Caribbean Beach Resort - they are truly amazing.  In your room, you should find a very cool (no pun intended!) barrel shaped refrigerator with a small freezer on top.  If the freezer is not cooling properly, please call maintenance and explain your special situation.

Please keep in mind that you are more than welcome to keep his formula in a refrigerator while visiting the parks.  The folks at the Baby Care or First Aid Centers, located in each park,  will be more than happy to assist you.  You will find that Disney provides excellent assistance to those traveling with special needs children.  Also, I have friends that highly recommend Passporter's Open Mouse guide for visitors with extra challenges.  Have a magical trip!

    Much pixie dust,

    Jackie S.
