Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • Planning trip in 2015 for 40th anniversary, need 5 rooms where and when do I start
  • - Asked by Charlie from Illinois on 10/23/2013
  • Charlie, what could be better than watching exploding fireworks over a castle, flying on elephants, meeting royalty, and zooming through space to honor four decades of marriage? You have picked the perfect spot for a joyous, family filled celebration.

Start by perusing your options for lodging at Walt Disney World resorts. You will need to decide on a budget because your choices range from a deluxe three bedroom villa to a group of value resort rooms. Since you are wisely planning so far in advance, you have plenty of time to consider the many different resorts to see what will work best for your family and wallet. You may book up to 499 days in advance by calling 407-939-7639. Online bookings can be made once pricing for 2015 is released; typically rates are released in the summer for the following year.

Are you planning a big, blow out celebratory meal? If so, start dreaming about which restaurant you wish to choose for the big event. California Grill, perched on top of Disney's Contemporary Resort, offers sweeping views of Walt Disney World, innovative cuisine, and a special observation deck for viewing the Magic Kingdom fireworks. Perhaps you would like to dine in a castle, experience a taste of France, or try the perfect steak. Check out Disney Dinning to see you vast number of options for a special dinner. You may book restaurant meals 180 days in advance.

By planing a step at a time, your 40th anniversary will be fabulous! Remember the Disney Parks Moms Panel is always here to help.
