Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • Two of my kids will be staying in a room with their Grandma on our trip. We have both purchased the dining plan for our groups. Will my children be able to redeem their meals without their Grandma being present? We won't be together all the time.

  • Hi Sarah.

You don't need to worry about a thing when it comes to redeeming Disney Dining Plan Credits during your stay. The credits associated with your plan are assigned per room reservation - but as a 'pool' of credits, accessible from all of the Key to the World Cards and/or MagicBands assigned to each Guest in that room. Whether or not the 'lead' Guest on the reservation is present, the Dining Plan will be able to be accessed and redeemed by anyone in the party.

I hope this information puts your mind at ease Sarah.
If you have additional questions, please don't hesitate to write me back at any time. I'd love to hear from you again soon.

Wishing you a Magical time at Walt Disney World!
