  • We have purchased as part of our vacation package the dining plan. I have started making reservations and some of the restaurants require a credit card. Do you need to reserve with a card if you have already paid for the dining plan?

  • Hi Mandy!

    Signature Dining and Character Dining restaurants at Walt Disney World are now requiring a credit card guarantee to make advance reservations.  It is simply a guarantee and you will only be charged if you are a "no-show" to your restaurant reservation.  You are not charged anything up front.  Should you need to cancel a dining reservation, you must do so at least a day in advance by calling (407) WDW-DINE, or visit the concierge at any Walt Disney World Resort.
