  • hi thanks for answering my prev Q regarding ADRs and 180+10. Unfortunately I cant seem to get the online system to recognise my reservation number! Are the rules different for guests booking thru

  • Hi Moira,

    I've turned to my friend and Moms Panel UK expert Sue for some advice on this one. Sue says, "If the  guest has made her reservation with the Walt Disney Travel Company UK, she will have received a 6-digit confirmation number.  When entering this number under "My Reservations" on the UK site (they need to ensure they are on the correct site - check the bottom left of the screen where it says "select an International version", then choose "United Kingdom - English") all the reservation details should appear.  

    They may need to call back and request the 10-digit dining reservation number, which either the WDTC UK should be able to provide (free phone 0800 16 90 730), or their UK travel agent, in order to make their dining reservations."
