Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Sorry for silly question. I'm going to Disney w/ 5 month old, what do people do to give a child that age a bath? Does DW have any special baby baths that you can request to use for your room? Also are the pack & plays that WDW provides new?

- Hi Kathleen!
There are no silly questions when it comes to planning a vacation with an infant. We thought about the same exact things when we took our babies to Walt Disney World. My daughter was five months old for her first visit and my son was six months old for his first magical trip. If you name it, we asked it! Walt Disney World Resort Hotels do not provide infant bath tubs for guest use. We actually packed a small, inflatable baby tub for our vacation. It didn't take up any room in our luggage and it was easy to blow up and store in the hotel room.
As for the Pack n' Play, we always found them to be in really good condition. I do suggest, however, you bring your own play yard sheets. We always found our babies slept better on sheets that smelled familiar, and we didn't need to worry about any irritation from detergents or fabrics they're not used to. Making the hotel room feel as much like "home" as possible made our vacations with infants much more enjoyable.
Please let me know if you have any other questions about traveling to Walt Disney World with an infant, Kathleen. I'd be happy to share my experience with you!
Have a magical day,
