Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • My husband and I are brining our children (7 and 3) to WDW for the first time! We are staying from Jan 29-Feb 5 2012, and we are all very excited! Can you recommend some activities, dinner shows, and entertainment options that should NOT be missed? THX!

  • Hi Paige,

I'm so excited for you guys!  You're going to have the time of your lives!  With kids that young, Magic Kingdom is the best place to start.  There is obviously so much to see and do there!  Of course, rides are a must, but don't even be tempted to miss The Main Street Electrical Parade, Wishes Nighttime Spectacular or The Magic, the Memories and You show that's projected onto Cinderella Castle.  If they like Winnie The Pooh, book them a character dining experience at The Crystal Palace restaurant so they can meet Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet.

The Moms Panel loves Hoop-De- Doo Musical Revue at The Campsites at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.  It's so much fun and the talent is hysterical!  Be prepared for a lot of laughs!  If you have a girl, I'd recommend Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for a princess makeover or Pirates League for a boy.  At Hollywood Studios, don't miss Voyage of The Little Mermaid or Beauty and The Beast.  Both are wonderful stage shows.  At Animal Kingdom, it would be the safari and It's Tough to be a Bug.

Of course, there is so much more!  Let us know if you have any other questions.  Have a magical trip!
