Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • I recently reserved The Magic Behind our Steam Train tour for April 30th. Should I expect to receive a receipt or other written confirmation. All I have is the confirmation number that was given to me over the phone.

    I love the tours at Disney and I'm excited to hear you are doing Disney's The Magic Behind Our Steam Trains Tour.

    ​They will not send you a follow up email or any other type of follow up communication. I've never received any type of receipt other than the charge listed on my credit card statement. I have always taken my confirmation number with me when I reported for the tour just in case but they have always had our name on the tour list and I've never had a problem.

    Be sure you wear comfortable shoes since you'll be walking and standing. Also keep in mind it is an outdoor tour so check the weather before you head out that morning and dress accordingly.
