Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • We got a fastpass for Illuminations: Reflections of Earth. Now I see that it is visible from just about anywhere in Epcot. What benefit do we have with the fastpass? I'm wondering whether I should use the fastpass for something else.

  • Hi Don!

I've answered this question a few different times and I think it will really depend on what time of year you are traveling. I've visiting Walt Disney World in both the heaviest of crowds and the lightest; if you're visiting between Christmas and New Year's Day, Easter, or 4th of July, for example, I'd suggest selecting a FP for a fireworks viewing spot. If not, I would save the FP for a headliner attraction. You are correct in understanding there are many viewing spots around World Showcase to enjoy IllumiNations. Very heavy crowds can make this tough, though.

I hope my answer was helpful, Don, and feel free to send me any other planning questions coming to mind. I'm delighted to help you plan a magical vacation to Walt Disney World!
