Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • I was thinking about doing the Tomorrowland Terrace Fireworks Dessert Party res @ 7:20. Will we be able to view the Main Street Electric Parade from there? We will be at MK on 2/4 and 2/9. MSEP is my favorite parade and I really don't want to miss it! Ty

  • Hi Mike!

Main Street Electrical Parade is one of our "must sees" anytime we are visiting Walt Disney World.  My family and I cannot get enough of all the dazzling lights and the "Baroque Hoedown" tune that just stays with us for days.  Tomorrowland Terrace Firework Dessert Party is a wonderful and "sweet" way to view Wishes and it is a great way to see Tinkerbell fly!

While you can see the parade from Tommorland Terrace, it is not the best viewing point as you mostly see the tops of the floats.  In some instances you can watch the parade, which is about 25 minutes long, before attending the dessert party.  I would suggest watching the parade from the starting point of the parade route and making your way to Tommorowland for your reservation.  The parade routes are noted on the park maps which you can pick up upon entering the Magic Kingdom.  I noted that on 2/9 the parade will begin at 7:00 p.m. and Wishes at 9:00 pm so this scenario will work much better on that date.  That being said, since you will be in Magic Kingdom on two different dates, my suggestion would be to view the parade one evening and attend the dessert party on the other evening.  I would hate for you to miss your reservation and all the wonderful sweet treats that are waiting for you.  Please don't hesitate to ask if you have any further questions!

Have a magical and "sweet" vacation!
