Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • This is our first trip to Disney. We have 2 kids ages 6 & 7 and would like to go to Mickeys Halloween Party on Oct. 16th but if we do that we will miss Fantasmic at Hollywood Studios. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  • Hi Andrea!

While I do love Fantasmic, I could talk about how much I love Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party for a long time! My son and I went to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party for the first time in October 2010 and we both instantly fell in love with it! In fact, I just attended my second Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party on Friday night September 30th, 2011 and had another amazing time!  So I am going to recommend going to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party

Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is a hard ticket event (guests have to buy a special ticket to attend this event) is held on select nights in September and October at the Magic Kingdom. There are special shows (Villain's Dance Mix & Mingle), there is an amazing Halloween Parade (Mickey's "Boo-To-You" Halloween Parade), an incredible fireworks show (Happy HalloWishes), character dance parties, and Trick-or-Treating throughout the Magic Kingdom. Also kids and adults can come in costume and I would encourage you to come in costume to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party because it adds to the fun of the whole night!

The Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party officially starts at 7:00 pm. Your ticket to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party is your park entrance ticket so you do not need a separate park entrance ticket!

I hope you and your family have a spooktacular time at Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party!

    Keep Dreaming Big!
