Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- We have a 4 yo with Spina Bifida. He has braces & gets tired quickly from walking. I heard there is a guest assistance card, but you get 5 guests with it. We have 5 children (family of 7). Would they make an exception for our big family?

- Hi there, Tonya!
At Walt Disney World, the goal is to ensure that every Guest is made as comfortable as possible to ensure a magical visit.
While the Guest Assistance Card is generally issued for a party of six, this does not mean that your family will need to be split up, particularly when minor children are at issue.
You'll certainly want to explain your family size to the Cast Member at Guest Relations who assists you with the process.
And in the meantime, you can do some preliminary investigation, On Disney's Guests with Disabilities page, you'll find some helpful tips and Park guides.
You'll also find a phone number: (407) 824-4321. Give that number a call and get routed to the right Cast Member (make sure to get the name of each person who helps you!). Explaining your situation in advance and getting the call documented on your reservation will be beneficial. And take it one step further: drop an email to Guest Services using the convenient online form. A Cast Member will call you back and you can work through any unresolved issues with him or her.
Have a wonderful trip; I know Disney will do right by your family and your little boy.
See you later, celebrator,
