  • Hi, Shawn!  I think we lost the end of your question (darn those character limits!), so I hope I'm going in the right direction with my answer!

It's so exciting that you are going to propose!  There could not be anything more magical than a Walt Disney World engagement, and because so many people hope to capture that magical moment at the place where every fairy tale has a happy ending, there are plenty of people to help you!  The first thing I would do is contact a Dream Maker at Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings.  They can help you set up the perfect experience for your own beautiful princess, and perhaps do it in a way that you might not be able to do on your own.  You will find everything you need to know about arranging something like this by visiting Disney's Fairy Tale Weddings and Honeymoons/Engagements.

If spontaneity is your thing, send your girlfriend off shopping while you excuse yourself to get a drink or use the facilities, and head over to a cast member at Belle's Enchanted Tales.  They can at least give you suggestions as to the best way to go about things, or maybe help make sure things run smoothly.  Go early enough that everyone can be apprised of your plans, to give the slightest chance of anything going wrong.

I wish you a magical moment, a beautiful marriage, and a true happily ever after!
