Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • My family and I are going to WDW in May 2014. During the time we are there, my husband and I will be celebrating our 4 yr wedding anniversary. I want to surprise my husband but am on a very limited budget. Any ideas for less than $50???? Thanks

  • Hi Shannon,

Congratulations on your magical celebration! Your wedding anniversary will be even more enchanted celebrating at The Most Magical Place on Earth.  I have celebrated anniversaries and even our honeymoon at Walt Disney World and one of the greatest things about Disney magic is, it is completely doable even on a budget.

If you were thinking of surprising him with a gift, consider surprising him with a custom creation through Disney Floral and Gifts.  The Dream Makers, as they are referred to, are able to work with any budget in helping you put together something special for your husband.  If you were thinking more along the lines of a fun activity, on our honeymoon, we decided to have our picture taken kissing in each of the countries which make up Epcot's World Showcase. This may sound silly, but once home, I was able to frame the eleven pictures together and our "kissing tour of the world" is still one of my favorite trip souvenirs. You will also be visiting during Epcot's International Flower & Garden Festival, which will offer even more special events and experiences for your enjoyment.

Hopefully, I have been able to give you a good start in planning your special anniversary surprise.  If there is anything else I may assist you with, please let me know.

    Have a very happy anniversary!

    Magical Wishes,
