  • We have no expiration tickets connected to our My Disney Experience account. The tickets now show an expiration date of 2030. Is that a new policy?

  • Howdy Ronald and thanks so much for your question!!!

    I spoke with a Cast Member and was told that 2030 is the current default date.  At this time, the system does not recognize dates past 2030.  This is all part of the test phase.  No worries.  Your tickets are still no expiration.

    If you would like further information, you can contact a Cast Member with My Disney Experience at (407) 939-4357 to confirm that your tickets are still no expiration.
