- I have purchased a WDW package with 7 park a day passes. I have been offered the fastpass+, but when I try to book them I get a message indicating I do not have a valid park admission? What am I doing wrong? magic bands are customized, registration link

Let's try to do some troubleshooting here! Log into your My Disney Experience account. Under "My Reservations" check to see if there is anything listed under "Tickets and Passes." If you do not see your tickets listed in this section, give a call to the friendly reservationists at WDW by calling (407)W-DISNEY.
If you do see your tickets listed, make sure you are within 60 days of your arrival. If you do see tickets listed, make sure you have a ticket assigned for each guest in your party listed.
If you continue to have trouble, give a call to the Internet Help Desk at (407)939-7765. They are very helpful and will be happy to get your plans in order. Have some FastPass+ selections jotted down as they might try to book a few times for you over the phone just to make sure everything is working OK.
