Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • Hey! With magic bands, is it possible to use someone else's FP+ to ride a certain ride? i.e.: DD doesn't ride Expedition, could DS ride twice? Once w/DS FP et once w/DD FP. (This was possible w/paper FP, but w/bands not sure if it is possible). Thanks!

  • Hi Kaelee!

Disney´s MagicBands are design to be used by only one person, like theme park tickets.  Therefore, a linked FastPass+ can only be used with the MagicBand it is linked to.  Of course, your son could use his sister MagicBand for the ride - though her name will appear when entering the FastPass lane.

Since this is a new service that has experienced many changes during its testing process, you will only know for sure during your vacation.  There will probably be no problem, but I cannot assure you that.

This is a common question between guests, so Disney Cast Members will be able to help you know how to proceed.

Thank you for visiting and we hope to hear again from you.
