- we are staying at old key west then a 4 night cruise on the magic that we have booked via a travel agent in the uk. we have received all vouchers needed but there is no voucher for a transfer from the hotel to the port, is this something that standard?

You've booked my very favorite vacation of all - a Land and Sea experience. Combining a voyage on the high seas with a visit to the parks is the best of both worlds! You're in for the trip of a lifetime, and I'm so excited for you.
Disney Cruise Line has buses that transfer guests directly from Walt Disney World Resorts to Port Canaveral. Guests with transfers booked through DCL will receive a letter in their resort room with departure details and information. With pre-arranged transfers, your luggage will be picked up by Bell Services and taken to the ship for you, making your journey to the ship even easier.
To ensure that your ground transfers have been set up, I encourage you to call Disney Cruise Line at (800)951-3532 (make sure to have your reservation number handy). They can check to make sure your transfers have been taken care of, and ease your mind!
