  • I want to order the photo pass plus, but I was wondering once you purchase it could you cancel the order? I couldn't find anything about it saying sales final and no refunds. I need to order this ASAP, but there's only one reason why I would need to cancel

  • Hi there Antoinette,

    You can go ahead and purchase your PhotoPass+ package and if you decide against it *prior to your trip, you can contact PhotoPass customer service to receive a refund.  Here's what it says on the website: "If for any reason you are not satisfied with your photos or you decide you no longer wish to order your product(s), just let us know and we can remove the credit from your cart and grant you a full refund.  Please note however, once a credit has been applied, a refund will no longer be granted."   

    So as long as you decide to receive the refund prior to ordering your final CD, you should have no problem!  You can reach PhotoPass customer service at (407) 560-4300.
