Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel
- Hello, We have already booked a package for a Disney vacation.. I´m from Chile---I have chosen the magic express transportation---but no luggage tags have arrived to my home address...We will arrive next Sunday February 12 , 2012....What should I do??

- Hi, Claudia! Don't worry, you can still use the Magical Express service!
If your documents have not arrived by the time you leave for your holiday, when you land at Orlando International Airport, you can just go right to the Magical Express counter. They will have your information when you check in there, and they'll give you the necessary documents to board the shuttle.
Once you go through US Customs, you can give your luggage back to airport officials for Magical Express to collect it and transport it to your resort (you are also welcome to bring it with you, and they will store it under the shuttle). If you choose to have Magical Express handle your luggage, when you go to the counter to check in, make sure to give them a description of the bags and notify them of any tags or anything that will set your bags apart from any others. I sometimes have a photo of my bags on my cell phone that I can show the cast member at the desk.
So, don't worry about a thing - you will still have space on the shuttle, and you can still have your bags collected!
