Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • Hi I've a trip planned to Disneyland in Dec and now a friend is getting married in LA next Aug so we will go again. With two trips in one year I'm getting my very first annual pass. Do annual pass holders get Magic Mornings like 5 day pass holders?

  • Hi, Julie!

I’m happy to hear you’re planning to invest in a Disneyland Resort Annual Passport! I’ve been a proud passholder for several years, and it’s the best way to get the most out of your visits to the theme parks. I love taking advantage of all the perks, especially the food and merchandise discounts!

Early theme park entry is not currently offered to Annual Passholders, although it has been available at times over the past couple years and may be again in the future. If you plan to stay at a Disneyland Resort Hotel during your visits, you can take advantage of Extra Magic Hours for resort guests, which means you can enter one of the theme parks an hour before it opens to the public each morning. If, during your first trip, you plan to use a theme park ticket of 3 days or longer, you will be entitled to Magic Morning early admission each day. You can then upgrade to an Annual Passport before the end of your last day, using the cost of the ticket for upgrade credit.

I hope this helps, Julie, and that you have a pixie-dusted year of visits to The Happiest Place on Earth! Please feel free to ask me any other questions you may have as your planning continues.

    Wishing you magic,
