  • Hi, Jeannie!

It sounds like you’re making a family’s dreams come true with a pixie-dusted Disneyland Resort visit! The holiday season is one of the most magical times to explore The Happiest Place on Earth.

They won’t want to miss Haunted Mansion Holiday and “it’s a small world” Holiday, and the "Believe...In Holiday Magic" fireworks show’s finale of snowfall on Main Street, U.S.A. is a must-see. On the “Holiday Time at Disneyland” Tour, Guests hear holiday tales from Disneyland Park history, experience seasonal attractions and watch A Christmas Fantasy Parade from a reserved viewing area while enjoying a treat and warm beverage. Please call (714) 781-TOUR (8687) to make reservations.  I’m excited about a show coming to Disney California Adventure Park called “World of Color—Winter Dreams,” a nighttime water spectacular that will bring all-new animation to the show. A World of Color dining package would be a magical way for the family to spend an evening together.

Details regarding a possible Candlelight Processional performance open to the public haven’t been announced as of now, but keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as December approaches. It’s often the first place big announcements like that are made.

Even the Downtown Disney District will be decked out for the holidays, including visits from Santa Claus, carolers and live entertainment. The area between AMC Theatres and ESPN Zone will be transformed into the Downtown Disney Winter Village, and Guests will be able to visit quaint holiday cottages, browse for gifts, and take in the 30-foot Christmas tree located at Olaf’s Frozen Ice Rink, inspired by the snowman in the film Frozen.

I hope this helps, Jeannie. Please write back with more questions as your pixie-dusted planning continues.

    Wishing you magic,
