Answered Question - Disney Parks Moms Panel

  • If I print my tickets for Disneyland at home, how do I use that ticket to get a fast pass? Thank you!

  • Hi, Wendy!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for the great question. I hope you’re excited to visit the Disneyland Resort next week! Be sure to see Mickey and the Magical Map, an all-new show at Fantasyland Theatre in Disneyland Park. It’s already become one of my family’s favorites!

Ordering a ticket online and printing it at home by selecting Disney’s eTicket option is a great idea because you don’t have to pay shipping fees or wait in the ticket line at the resort. Simply take your printed ticket page to the theme park entrance turnstiles, and once your eTicket has been scanned and voided by a Cast Member, you’ll receive a standard Disneyland Resort ticket that you will use to enter the theme parks and receive FASTPASS tickets during the rest of your visit.

To obtain a FASTPASS, visit the distribution area (generally located near the attraction entrance) for each attraction offering this service. Insert your valid admission ticket into the FASTPASS machine, and a FASTPASS ticket will be generated with your return time printed on it. For attractions, the return time will be a one-hour window, but for shows, you will receive a return time for a specific performance.

I hope this information helps, Wendy. Please write back with any other questions you may have as your planning continues!

    Wishing you magic,
