We have a 4 yr old and a 1.5 yr old and my one year old eats more than my 4 yr old! I read that DP starts at age 3 and she can share our plate or eat from a buffet or we have to pay for her own meal. I'd rather add to her the DP, any suggestions?

Unfortunately you don't have the option to add your eighteen-month-old daughter to the dining plan, Karen.  It's just not an option until the child reaches the age of three.  You are correct in that she can eat for free at buffet and family-style meals.  At a la carte restaurants, your daughter is free to nibble from your plate or you can order her a child's meal and pay out of pocket.  Those are the only options I can offer.  I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but I'm sure your trip will be unforgettable nonetheless!
