    my 12 yr old son is worried that he is to old for Disney what great can he expect and what can he do for this trip to a time to remeber

    So I get that tweens and teens think they won't have fun. But as long as you plan for them too, most find that it is a great vacation for them as well!

    First off, make sure they get to go on thrill rides, if they are so inclined. Some of my favorites include;

    Magic Kingdom: Space Mountain
    Epcot: Mission: SPACE and Test Track
    Hollywood Studios: Rock 'n' Roller Coaster and Tower of Terror
    Animal Kingdom: DINOSAUR and Expedition Everest

    Also, some of the shows are good for them too, like the Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show

    Finally, why not think out of the box a little? Maybe he would enjoy surfing lessons at Typhoon Lagoon? How many 12-year olds go home from vacation saying they learned to surf? Maybe he would like to go parasailing over by the Contemporary resort? That re-defines "hanging out" with your parents.

    Have a magical vacation!
