My 3 yr old son is joining me for a conference at the Disney Resort in September. How do I maximize as much as possible within the 6day conference. Including Hollywood Studios, Epcot, Water Park, SeaWorld, Magic Kingdom , and animal kingdom. Thoughts?

    Hi, Courtney!

How nice that you are going to mix some magic in with your work conference!  Here are some ideas to get the most "fun time" out of your 6 days in Walt Disney World:

-Get your conference itinerary as soon as possible.  Make note of all your free time.  This is when you will want to squeeze in trips to the parks.  You will get a Times Guide at check-in with all the park hours so you can plan your days.  If you know your meeting schedule ahead of time, you can get park hours online. The more planning you can do, the more organized you will be upon arrival.

-See when you have open meal times.  Try to book a character meal or two which your son will love!

-If you are staying on property, utilize Early Extra Magic Hours so you can get in a few hours of fun before you need to report to your meetings.

-Bring or rent a stroller.  You will get around much quicker if your little guy is relaxing in his own wheels!

Even though you want to get as much done as possible, remember that your little Mouseketeer is still going to need plenty of rest and afternoon breaks.  An early bedtime will help the both of you get early starts to your day.  It will be the little things he will find magical, like meeting Mickey in the Magic Kingdom or seeing the beautiful fountains in Epcot.  Do not worry about doing everything but enjoying the moment.  Good luck and I hope you have a wonderful work/play vacation!
