My 5 yr. old son (44 inch) and I are planning 2-3 days at a park, which one/two do you recommend? He LOVES pirates, action heroes, ninja and zombies.

Hello, Debra! Your son sounds like an adventurous child! For that reason, I would suggest spending a day at Disney's Hollywood Studios and two days at Magic Kingdom Park.

At Disney's Hollywood Studios, you and your son can blast off to a galaxy far, far away on Star Tours: The Adventures Continue. If you arrive at the park early, you might be able to sign him up for the Jedi Training Academy, where your young Padawan will be able to train to defeat Darth Vader in front of an audience!

If you plan a visit to Disney's Hollywood Studios, make sure to pick Toy Story Midway Mania! as one of your FastPass+ selections. You and your son will be able to compete against each other in this fun midway-style interactive game.

At Magic Kingdom Park, you will find many opportunities for adventure all around the park. Magic Kingdom offers Pirates of the Caribbean, a dark but slow ride through the pirate's tale. You may also be interested in reserving his spot in The Pirates League, where your son will be transformed into The First Mate and then trained in all of the swashbuckling ways of the pirates!

Some other Magic Kingdom attractions that you might want to visit are Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Haunted Mansion, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and Monsters, Inc. Laugh Floor.

I hope that you and your son have a wonderful time at Walt Disney World, Debra! If you have any other questions before your trip, please stop back by the Moms Panel.
