My 3 yr old is potty trained but still has accidents at night sometimes, particularly when she's super tired. Do I need to bring some sort of mattress protector or can I assume that these hotel beds are equipped with such? We're staying at Wilderness Lodge

Hi Lisa! This is an excellent question. The bedding in the guest rooms do not have plastic or waterproof mattress protectors. When we were traveling with Potty Training/Potty Trained Toddlers, we brought Pull Ups with us to use during our stay. We explained to our children that we were not at home, and although accidents are accidents, we would not want the people staying after us to be reminded of any accidents. Our children did not mind wearing the Pull Up and would place their " Big Girl" or "Big Boy" underpants on top of the Pull Up. I would recommend having your Toddler wear a Pull Up just to be safe. Hope this helps.
