What if you're a little late checking into your hotel room, because your plane has landed at maybe 6:00 and you have to check in at 7:00? It takes 1:30 just to get there to the hotel.

    Hello Barbie!

It is a pleasure to welcome you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

When you inform your approximate check-in time when you check in online, this is an estimate you are providing Cast Members at your Disney Resort hotel of your arrival time. You do not have to worry in case you are early or late, your room will be there waiting for you if it is ready. The Walt Disney World Resort knows that Guests can be late for many reasons, especially when traveling by plane.

Disney’s Magical Express will also be available at Orlando International Airport to take you to your Disney Resort hotel, even if your flight is late. In case you are using their services, please make sure to call (407) 939-1936 to inform Cast Members of your flight number and estimated arrival time, so this way they will also be able to monitor if you are late.

I hope this helps you while planning, Barbie! Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Best magical wishes,
