    Is there a way yet to find out how many days are left on a non expiring park ticket from home? The last time I tried to check on this, they told me that I had to bring the ticket to customer relations. Thank you.

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. If you wish to check the status of your park ticket from home, please send an email to and include the following:

    -Photograph or scan of the front and back of the ticket
    -Photograph or scan of a government-issued ID
    -Your full name
    -Phone number where you can be reached during the day

    Please keep the total email size, including attachments, below 2 MB. A Walt Disney World Cast Member will make every effort to get back to you as soon as possible, but it normally takes 5 to 7 business days for a response.
