    Hi, in years past I opened my Disney Experience account. I went to add my tickets for our trip in August and noticed my daughters name was misspelled so I added an additional guest and thought I would be able to delete the old profile.

    I know that sometimes you need to adjust accounts in My Disney Experience and the technology doesn't always do what we want them to do. I would strongly recommend calling the "My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+" phone line. A Cast Member can look at your account and fix any item you're struggling to change!
