    Jennie from PA Asked

About 10 years ago I went to Disney World with my friends family and they had cards for the kids from Mickey and Cinderella telling them we were going to Disney. I was wondering is this something they still do? I cant find it anywhere!

As Mickey says, “Hiya, Pal!” Jennie, your magical vacation awaits! It will be here sooner than you know it, so I’m glad you’re getting ready to share the magic with your family.

While the special cards and phone calls have been discontinued, I can tell you of a special wait to count your “days until Disney.” Walt Disney World has a new product called Countdown to Fun that contains 6 boxes of special magic and a scavenger hunt you can set up for your family to find those boxes. Complete with a letter from Mickey about your upcoming vacation and six special Mickey phone calls, the Countdown to Fun is available for purchase on the Shop Disney Parks app as well as on the web store.  My family had the great pleasure of experiencing all of these boxes recently and my son was floored by the special gifts, plans and more that “Mickey made for him!”  I don't want to ruin the magic for you, either... I can guarantee the Countdown to Fun will satisfy all your desires for magic to grace your home before your vacation!

If I can help any more with your vacation, please let me know! I’ll see ya real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
