    Larry from IL Asked

when does the year start counting on an annual pass, one year from purchase OR one year from the first day you enter a park?

    Hello Larry,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your Walt Disney World vacation question, we are here to help and happy to do so. Congratulations on deciding to become a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder, I too made this magical decision this year.

After purchasing your annual pass, you should receive an Annual Exchange Certificate, in the mail. Upon your next visit to Walt Disney World, please present the enclosed Annual Exchange Certificate and a valid photo ID at any Walt Disney World Theme Park ticket window or Guest Relations. Your new Annual Pass will be valid for one year from the date the certificate is redeemed.

If I can be of any further pixie dusted assistance feel free to ask and enjoy the benefits of your Walt Disney World Annual Pass.
