Our 7 year old is VERRY excited about getting a MagicBand; however, we are staying off-site. If we purchase a MagicBand for her, should the whole family get MagicBands or can we still use our tickets to utilize FastPass?

    Hi Jennifer!

I was thrilled to get my first MagicBand this year, so I can completely understand your daughter's excitement about having one! When you link your daughter's MagicBand to your My Disney Experience account, you will assign it to her ticket on your account. Your daughter will then use her MagicBand and the rest of you family will use the tickets for entrance to the Theme Parks and FastPass+ entrances.

The new park exclusive retail MagicBands are announced on the Disney Parks Blog, so you can keep an eye out for what may be available for your trip. I'm hoping to get my hands on a Tinker Bell MagicBand. Warning: MagicBands can be contagious, so your whole family may end up showing their DisneySide on their wrists!

    Have a magical day!

I can’t wait to help you plan your next adventure there, too! Learn More About Crystal
