15 year old son, twin boy/girl age 6. Girl wants all princess trip, boy wants cars/ toy story everything. Big brother is a techie. How do I begin to plan this and make even parents who would like to stay by water, happy. Food, accommodations, tickets.

    Hi Camille,

I totally understand your planning dilemma. I also have children that vary greatly in age so I know what it's like to have to plan a vacation that accommodates the whole crew! Here are some of my top suggestions for you:

~ Purchase Park Hopper Option Tickets
In my opinion, the Park Hopper Option is worth every single penny; especially when you have young children. During my family's many visits to the Walt Disney World Resort, we have loved having the flexibility that a Park Hopper Ticket provides. You can start your day at one Theme Park, head back to your Resort for nap or pool time, and then end the day at any other Theme Park you wish to.

~ Consider staying at Disney's Art of Animation Resort
The Family Suites in the Cars Wing are magnificently detailed, and the themed landscape brings the film to life. Characters including Lightning McQueen, Mater, Fillmore, Sarge are on hand for some fantastic photo opportunities!

    ~ Attractions and Entertainment
I recommend Test Track Presented by Chevrolet and Soarin' in Epcot, Toy Story Midway Mania! and Lights, Motors Action! Extreme Stunt Show in Disney's Hollywood Studios, Kilimanjaro Safaris and Festival of the Lion King in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Princess Fairytale Hall, and Under the Sea ~ Journey of the Little Mermaid in Magic Kingdom Park. FastPass+ is available for all of these experiences.

    ~ Dining
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall in Epcot, Sci-Fi Dine-in Theater Restaurant or Pizza Planet (Quick Service) in Disney's Hollywood Studios, Tusker House Restaurant in Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and Be Our Guest Restaurant in Magic Kingdom Theme Park. Advanced Dining Reservations are highly recommended and can be made 180 in advance of your Resort stay.

    Magical Wishes,
