Hi. Our 11 year old son and my husband have Type 1 Diabetes. Will Guest Assistant give line passes to us? Thanks!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Holly ~

The Disability Access Service Card (DAS) is designed to assist Guests who are unable to wait in a standard queue including Guests with autism or other medical conditions. If your son and husband are unable to wait in a regular queue, you can request a DAS Card by going to Guest Relations at any of the theme parks. A Cast Member will ask each of them some questions so they can determine their specific needs and try to accommodate them to the best of their ability.

A DAS works differently than the previous Guest Assistance Card (GAC) used at Disney World. Here is some additional information regarding the details of how the DAS works.

I've also included is a list of Frequently Asked Questions about the DAS .

Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR to help!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
