With a 5-year old son and being a Florida resident, is a 3-day or 4-day Discover Disney ticket preferable? Will the Hollywood studios be age appropriate for my little Disney-movie fanatic?

    Hi Gomathy!

I just love being a Florida resident and taking advantage of all the great deals that Walt Disney World has to offer.  Typically, the more days you have on a ticket, the more savings you will get.  Currently the difference between the 3 and 4-day ticket is $20 per person, which is a great offer!  If you don't plan on using your tickets consecutively, no problem!  They are expire after 6 months of your initial visit, so you can split up your Disney time over more than one visit.

My family loves Hollywood Studios.  My son is 5 and my daughter is 2.  My kids love Toy Story Midway Mania and running into Green Army Men walking down the street.  We recently experienced The Legend of Captain Jack Sparrow, which my son LOVED!

Another great attraction for boys is the Lights, Motors, Action! Extreme Stunt Show.  You get a close look at some really amazing Hollywood car stunts.

Is he a fan of Star Wars?  A visit to Star Tours is a "must-do" here.  He can even build his own light saber in the gift shop at the end of the ride.

I don't think you'll find yourself bored at Hollywood Studios.  There is plenty to do for your family, no matter what their ages!

    Have a magical day!
