Walt Disney Parks has made every effort to offer many eating options for you and your family. For guest with special dietary requests and needs Disney parks and resorts offer menu selections to suit visitors needs. The first thing to do is look over the link I provided so you can get some further insight to help you plan this awesome vacation. I would make a point of advising the helpful cast member assisting you of your son's special dietary needs when you choose to make a meal reservation. I would also totally recommend that you speak with a chef or manager upon arrival at the dining location. I have had the opportunity to meet several of the chefs and they were so nice and made a point of creating delicious food for every guest. Just contact (407) WDW-DINE and plan your meal and they will make sure that it meets your families requirements and is still delicious. I hope this assists you and I cannot wait to see you at the parks.
