we have a 1 and 3 year old but there are some rides we would like to ride that they can not, if we wait in line can one of us go on the ride while the other waits with the kids then when one of us are done can we switch so the other person can ride

    Hi Sabrina,

Rider Switch is a terrific option for parents with small children in their family.  I used it sooo many times when my kids were younger.  Make sure that when you arrive at the attraction that you speak to a Castmember who is working at the entrance of the ride.  They'll tell you where to go, and how the Rider Switch will work.  Most times you'll get a pass or a lanyard that you'll switch with the second adult who is going to ride the attraction.  The second adult will show that pass to the Castmember to be permitted to ride without waiting in the queue a second time.

I hope this information helps, Sabrina.  Wishing you a pixie dusted vacation.  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
