We are going 12/12-12/16/2011 with a 6 and 9 year old. Do you recommend doing the extra park hours in the morning or night, or at all?

Hi, Kindyle! The crowd levels are predicted to be pretty manageable those days. You can fit in even more by taking advantage of Extra Magic Hours. The morning hours are especially awesome from a productivity standpoint. You can cover a lot of ground in the hour you have before non-Disney resort guests are allowed into the park. The key is to arrive at the park prior to park opening to get a jump on the day.

We like to burn both ends of the candle on many days at Disney World. It's less of a situation of "playing with fire" if you take a midday break to rest/nap before heading out to the park with Extra Magic Hours in the evening.

If you can only work one of them into your schedule, do the morning Extra Magic Hours.
