Buffet dining

My 11 year old will not eat the food choices considered 'adult' and will prefer the kids meals selections. Is this an option for her or will we only be able to choose dining that will have appropriate selections? These meal choices say 9 and under.

    Howdy Becky!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about dining at Walt Disney World Resort

Your daughter is more than welcome to order from the children's menu even though she is over nine years old. I know adults who order from the children's menu when they are looking for a lighter meal. I have seen that happen many times and it has never been a problem. Obviously guests over the age of nine enjoying a buffet at Walt Disney World Resort would have to pay the adult fee, but otherwise, anyone is welcome to make a selection from the children's menu if that is their preference. The Disney Company routinely and eagerly goes to great lengths to accommodate guests' dining restrictions and preferences so that meals at Walt Disney World Resort will further enhance their vacation experience.

If your family is looking for any specific types of food at the Disney theme parks and hotels or at Disney Springs, please let us know. My friends and I at the Disney Parks Moms Panel love questions related to the tasty treats at Walt Disney World Resort.

Wishing your family magical memories and delicious meals on your upcoming trip,
    Jill
