My 2 year old loves fish. Would she be able to swim in Shark Reef with us? She would be using a life jacket.

    Hello Anna!
Shark Reef at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon is one of the things that brings me back to this water park over and over again. I love it! Not only is the tank pretty deep it is COLD! While the inhabitants of the tank love the water at 68 degree Fahrenheit, I think your little one probably would not. Also, kicking and splashing is not allowed as it scares our underwater friends. I think the best place for your two year old to view the fish is through the portholes of the partially submerged sea vessel that sits in Shark Reef. Have a splash-tastic time at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon!

    See ya real soon!

I have traveled to the Disney Parks in multiple stages of my life, including as a daughter, sister, aunt, mother and grandmother. While I can’t pick my funniest Disney memory – either my 70-year-old mother on The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror or my 4-year-old grandson on Dinosaur – I am thrilled to be able to help other Disney guests plan their adventures.
