    Sara from Scotland Asked

i have a 4 year old with joint problems & uses a special needs stroller. Can we use it when waiting in line for attractions or will we have to leave it in the stroller park. She cant stand or walk for long periods as it causes pain/swelling in her jo

Hi, Sara!  Your little princess can absolutely use the stroller.  As soon as you arrive at the theme park, head to guest services and obtain a Guest Assistance Card.  You can explain your daughter's need for the stroller, and they can provide you with a card that will help other cast members accommodate you so that your trip is absolutely magical!

Some attractions have a place where you can wait outside of the regular queue, allowing you to use the stroller into the attraction.  There are also some attractions with an alternate queue, where the wait may not be as long, so she won't have to stand as long.

If you have a note from your physician that can better explain the type of accommodations that might make your visit more comfortable, bring it with you on your trip.

I hope you have a wonderful time!
