Hi, I have a 3 year old who is at 38" in height & wants to go on the Fast Trek ride in Epcot which is a minimum of 40" in height. Can he still go on the ride as long as he is with me or his dad (an adult)?

Hi, Becky! Unfortunately, if the child doesn't meet the height requirement, he/she will not be able to ride for any reason, even with a parent.  I understand why, though.  These restrictions are necessary to meet safety standards.  Walt Disney World puts Guests' safety at top priority.  Please don't let the rules ruin any fun. Think how horrible it  would be if your child was hurt. The rules are for the protection of the children, not just to frustrate kids. I prefer to think of it as a reason to go back to Walt Disney World in the future. Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
