I will have our 6 year old grandson here Monday Feb 2 leaving the 8th.Could you please tell me what day would be the best to take him.And will it be so busy that I will need fast passes. If you could give me a schedule it would make it so much easier.

    Charlotte:

Thanks for coming to the Mom's Panel! I know you are looking forward to your grandson's visit--and what better way to celebrate than taking him to WDW!

I'm not sure from your question if you want to take him to the parks EVERY day or just one day, so I'll share some general thoughts:

    * Keep in mind that the Super Bowl is Sunday, February 1. Because of that, there may be a lift in crowd attendance the day after....
    * If you have a choice of weekdays vs. weekend, I'd go during the weekdays because there are fewer people in the parks on on the weekdays, especially Tuesday through Thursday.
    * Generally, the lowest day of the week for crowds is Tuesday. If I had to suggest one day to go to any park, it would be Tuesday.
    * My guess is that he would love either Magic Kingdom or Disney Studios for their appeal to younger ages. PLUS: my guess is that you might like those better as they aren't as spread out as the larger Epcot and Animal Kingdom.

If you have any more questions, feel free to email us back! Wishing you a magical time with your grandson!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
