I have a 9 year old that has never been to Disney and still loves her Princesses which park would you recommend Disney Land or Disney California adventure. We will be in California visiting family in July and are thinking of surprising her

    Greetings, Shana!

Thanks so much for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I can't wait for your little one to experience the magic of the Disneyland Resort for the very first time!

There are an array of Princess experiences at both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park, and with both parks just footsteps apart, you may want to consider a Park Hopper ticket for your stay. In Disneyland Park, I recommend spending time in Fantasy Faire where you can meet and mingle with Princesses at the Royal Hall and see some perform their fairy tales at the Royal Theatre. In Disney California Adventure Park you can see Ariel on the attraction The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel's Undersea Adventure and watch the story of Frozen come to life at Frozen - Live at the Hyperion. Nearby your daughter can also meet these famous sisters at Anna & Elsa's Royal Welcome. Keep in mind that Princesses and other Disney Characters meet throughout the day at both parks, so check out the Disneyland app each morning to find your must-meet Characters!

For some truly unique and extra-special royal experiences, I recommend making an appointment for your daughter at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique where she can be transformed into a princess herself or having a gourmet Character dining experience at Disney Princess Breakfast Adventures.

I hope this helps, and please return if you have any other vacation planning questions. Have a magical day!
