Hi, I have a 19 year old daughter and a 14 year old son. Just wondering what would be the best park to plan a trip to? Both like roller coasters. The last park we went to was Animal Kingdom.

    Hi Sara!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question!

My own 'tween and teenage kids both love roller coasters too! Since you've visited Disney's Animal Kingdom Park already, I'm sure they thoroughly enjoyed Expedition Everest, my personal favourite Walt Disney World roller coaster.

If they love BIG thrills in general, then you're probably due for a trip to Disney's Hollywood Studios. Here, they'll have a hair-raising good time on the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith.

If milder coasters and a need for speed are more their taste, consider a day spent at Magic Kingdom. Your big kids will love Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and even Splash Mountain! Although Splash Mountain is not a 'roller coaster' per se, it does have about the equivalent in thrills with a huge drop and several other smaller hills and climbs throughout. It's great fun!

If you have further questions, please feel free to write me back any time! I'd love to hear from you again.
Wishing your teens a simply Magical time during your next visit to Walt Disney World Sara!
