Our 3 1/2 year old daughter is 40 inches tall! We will take her on Splash Mountain and Soarin. Is Tower of Terror too extreme for a 3 1/2 year old? How about Test Track?

    Hi Thomas,

Reaching that 40" milestone makes it so much easier to enjoy attractions as a family.  The rider swap is great, but it's so much more fun to experience things together!

If your little one does fine on Splash Mountain, I think she will fine on Test Track.  Test Track is can be bumpy, and you reach some high speeds at the end, but there are no drops or scary moments.

Tower of Terror is a different story.  My husband and I have to beg our boys (11 and 8) to go on it every time we visit.  One doesn't like not knowing how many times we're going to drop, and the other thinks the whole Twilight Zone thing is creepy. I think I would hold off on riding this attraction with her this time around.

Then again, you may have a little daredevil.  You might want to ask for a rider switch.  One of you can ride the attraction to see if she might like it.  Then you can all go again if you decide it's something she can handle.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!
