Wow! Hi Tanya. You have an impressive CV on here. My question is this - we are hoping to go to Disney Sept. 15-22 in 2011. The last day would be my daughter's 3rd birthday. I want to do something really special for her, all day long! What kinds of th

    Hi Wendy,

You are so sweet!  As you can guess, I can't think of a better place to celebrate a third birthday than Walt Disney World.  I would recommend celebrating your princesses' special occasion all week long rather than waiting for the 22nd.  Start by picking up a free birthday pin at any Guest Relations location, and have her wear it proudly.  You'll be amazed at how many Cast Members and guests say "happy birthday" throughout your vacation.  Also, mention you are celebrating at any table-service reservations you make, and restaurants will acknowledge her birthday in various ways (glitter on the table, a cupcake with a candle, etc.)  On her special day, you can order a custom cake from Disney's cake hotline by calling 407-827-2253.  (They offer cakes in a variety of sizes and price ranges that can be delivered to your table at just about any table service restaurant.)  You may also want to make reservations for a character meal that features your daughter's favorite Disney celebrities.  I love Chef Mickey's for a birthday dinner.  Finally, if you really want to "wow" her, consider an in-room celebration from www.disneyflorist.com.  The folks here can transform your resort room into a birthday party with a variety of special packages.

I hope your daughter and entire family have a wonderful vacation!
